	Mr Littlewood trained as a barrister, studying at Gray's Inn in London. He has also worked as a professional law tutor. It was whilst at Gray's Inn he conceived the idea of providing 2:1 and 1st Class guaranteed standard essays and dissertations to assist students in their studies. From there, in 2003, he set up this website Law Essays UK as the UK's first dedicated custom essays website in the UK. Mr Littlewood's main focus for Academic Answers Ltd. is making and executing key corporate decisions in areas such as marketing strategy, recruitment policy and technical innovations.
	A graduate in psychology, Tony joined the company as Assistant Manager in 2005. His dedication and tireless work ethic quickly gained him the role of Manager when it became vacant in December 2005. Tony is now responsible for the day to day running of the business, including overseeing the Sales Team and the formulation of key policies and procedures.
	James joined us in 2005 as Assistant Manager. His main roles include customer service duties, maintaining writer/client communication, and liaising with the Amendments Department.
	Ann joined the company from the multi million pound build and civil engineering company Skanska. In her current role she is responsible for the overseeing of the Human Resources Team, with her main roles being the formulation of recruitment policies and active monitoring of the recruitment process to ensure that only the highest calibre writers are accepted.
	Jennifer holds a First Class Law Degree and is responsible for overseeing the Amendments Department. As well as working for the Academic Answers group she also works as a Litigation Assistant for the well know Solicitors Firm Freeth Cartwright.
	Karina joined us from her previous position as an Aviation Security Officer at Manchester Airport. As a vital part of the Sales Team, her main duties are dealing with payments, processing orders and answering any questions customers may have. She is a keen sportswoman, having represented at County level and holds a degree from Staffordshire University in Sports Science.
	Hayley is the youngest of the team, and comes from a customer service orientated background. Along with Karina, she forms the backbone of our Sales Team and is likely to be the first person you speak to when giving us a call.
